Orders

All orders must be received in writing by email.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, due to factors beyond inventory before submitting your order.
The invoice will be e-mailed within 24 hours of receiving your order. Note: If you don’t receive a confirmation please call to verify that we have received your PO.
Virtual Proofs are free and will be provided for your orders. Orders will remain on hold until get approved by the distributor.
Changes to Orders must be received in writing via email before the virtual proof is approved.
Lead time: Lead times are quoted based on stock availability and production time, normally will be 2 weeks for blank production and 3 weeks for decorated products. Rush services are available upon request.

Artwork Requirements

Artwork files can be in PDF, EPS (vector format), AI, CDR formats. If a vector file is not available, a high-resolution image may be used for printing after checked and confirmed by us.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped ‘Best Way’ determined by the manufacturer unless otherwise specified.
Goods lost or damaged after leaving our facilities are the responsibility of the courier company. Shipping insurance could to be purchased on request of distributor.

FNC Intl reserves the right to discontinue any product or service or to substitute items of equal or greater value due to availability, without previous notice. Colours may vary slightly from website images. Prices are subject to change.

Prop 65

Website’s product descriptions will indicate if a product contains batteries, battery posts, terminals and other components that contain lead and lead compounds known to the State of California to cause Cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. Imprinting and Charges

Our prices include one color imprint unless it is indicated in the product description.

PMS Colour match will be free normally, but we cannot guarantee 100% same due to different printing processes and the material differences.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of promotional products, if production has begun, it can not be canceled, since we can not sell it anymore.

Product Warranties

All items are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the date of shipment. The warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the product and shall not apply if a product has been damaged, modified, or altered in any way after receipt of shipment.
